If the product has any damaged parts on delivery, this only includes broken parts or not working parts. If this is the case, we will give you a full refund as long as you return the product to our address (we will pay the return shipping fee if the product is faulty on delivery). We do offer a 14 days returns policy from the date of delivery, please see our warranty section on our website for more information on this. We can only accept these returns if all correct procedures are followed. All this is explained in our warranty section.
